CARE AND MAINTENANCE:

• Suitable for gas stove, electric furnace, induction cooker, electric ceramic heater, halogen stove.
• Not Suitable for microwave, oven, dishwasher.
• Although there is a non-stick coating, because the base material is refined iron, the heat conduction is faster, and the bottom of the pan is too small to be turned over, so it may still be easy to stick when frying eggs or frying other foods with less oil. Just use a small fire, pay attention to adding oil and turning over at the right time when frying. The recommended cooking temperature does not exceed 300°C.
  
• In the same way, since refined iron conducts heat very quickly, it is also necessary to control the heat on a low fire when heating milk. It only takes a few tens of seconds, and the fire can be turned off when the first milk bubbles emerge from the milk. The nutrition and flavor are perfect.
• Prohibition of high fire and long-term empty burning and dry burning, so as not to affect the non-stickiness and service life of the product. Use silicone or wooden utensils, never metal spatulas.
• Wipe off the water in the pot before cooking, no need to preheat, just use cold pot and cold oil.
• Do not store salt, soy sauce, vinegar, or vegetable soup for a long time.
  
• The magnetic wooden handle is detachable, and there is a slight gap between the wooden handle and the stainless steel handle, which is a normal error in production. When installing the wooden handle, make sure that both wooden handles are closed before use.
• Wooden handles are natural wood, there may be differences in grain and wood color. Due to errors in the installation and grinding of the magnets, the two wooden handles may be slightly misaligned at the edges, but it can be used normally if it can be fitted with a metal handle.
• After cooking, let the pot body cool down to room temperature naturally and then wash it with warm water. Do not rinse the hot pot with cold water to avoid sudden heat and cold, which may damage the surface of the pot body.
  
• Use a soft cloth to clean the pan, never use a hard brush or metal brush (such as a steel wool), as this may damage the coating. Do not wash with strong acid and alkali chemicals such as bleaching powder and sodium hypochlorite.
  
• Do not put it in the dishwasher, so as not to damage the non-stick properties of the coating. After cleaning the pot, wipe off the residual moisture on the surface and place it in a dry place. Do not store it in a humid environment.
