Return & Refund policy
HGHOM wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
30-Day Return Period
Returns are accepted on the items ( in unused condition ) with all the original packing within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received(Except the following situation).
The returns of the following situations are unacceptable:
- Due to the attributes of the product, customized products are not accepted for return and exchange (such as Oil painting / Fitted sheet bedding set, etc.)
- Personal Reason: Including but not limited, Don't like the product,/ Repeat purchase / Wrong purchase / No longer need after purchase / Not up to expectations, etc.
- The product size, color, etc. are not suitable (Not a quality problem)
- The package could not be delivered in time due to external factors (Such as logistics)
- The parcel is delivered and no one signs for it, or the parcel is left at the logistics point and no one picks it up
- Unable to cooperate with customs clearance: Due to the need to comply with the customs regulations of each country, for products shipped through express, you may need to cooperate with customs clearance by mail/telephone (mainly to confirm the content and price of the products, etc.)
HOW TO RETURN
Please do not send your product back directly to us before you have contacted our customer service team as this will affect the processing time of your return or exchange request.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org start a return. With the Number of your order, the name and quantity of the return items, the picture of the package(Whole package).
- For orders that have already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order for you, if you need to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, Otherwise, our return process will apply
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package.
Notice: We are fully committed to providing the best products for each customer, but because the production process of the products will inevitably exist some production traces, the following conditions are normal:
- The slight seams of glass products;
- Some slight overlap of patterns on ceramic products.
- Some minor small lines on metal products.
- Some minor unevenness of color application on resin products.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- Each refund will be charged a 5% refund fee of the bank which will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.
